1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and MICROLAB EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“Microlab”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the Microlab mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Microlab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

is owned by Microlab or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Use content for commercial teaching services without written permission.
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Modify or create derivative works.
  • Circumvent security measures.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Upload malicious software or code.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws.

7. User-Generated Content

If Microlab provides community features, forums, comments, image uploads, or messaging functionality, you retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Microlab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

8. Educational Purpose Only

Microlab is intended solely for educational and learning purposes.

The Service:

  • Does not provide medical advice.
  • Does not diagnose diseases.
  • Does not replace professional medical education, supervision, or clinical judgment.

Users should not rely on the Service for patient diagnosis, treatment decisions, or medical practice.

9. Availability of Service

Our total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Microlab during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
